Family Fun Activities
We
value our families!
We have planned monthly family fun
activities, which are open to all church members, and specifically
focus on families with elementary school-aged children. These
activities are designed to help us deepen our relationships, strengthen
our church community, and have fun with each other!
There will be one activity per month, and all activities will be on Sundays to make it easy for families to attend. Details for each activity will be provided closer to the event through flyers distributed at church school, posters displayed in church, the bulletin, and the web site. If you have any questions or would like to volunteer to help in any way, please contact Deb Seneca. All help will be greatly appreciated!

Join us first for a Potluck Lunch,
immediately following the 11:00 AM service, and then for wreath making,
cookie
decorating (and eating!) and Christmas craft making. If you can't make
it for lunch, come later! We'll be here until 3:00 PM. This year we will again be making extra crafts for the residents of the Ecumenical Center on Wilhelm Road. Sunday, December 7, we will meet in All Saints Hall after the 11:00 AM service for lunch, and then take ourselves and the children to the Ecumenical Center to deliver the crafts and sing a few songs for the residents. This will be a great mini-mission for our children in spreading the joy of Christmas. Want to help? Contact D. Seneca. She has the job for you! RSVP ASAP, and no later than November 23, so we have enough craft materials and food prepared, to D. Seneca. |

Everyone is invited for a movie, popcorn, and drinks!! Wear your PJs if you like and bring a sleeping bag, pillow, or bean bag chair to get comfy. The movie will start at 6:30 PM sharp, so arrive early. (Most children have off school Monday, so we can stay up a little later.) As always, feel free to bring a friend! For snack planning purposed, sign up with D. Seneca by Friday, February 13. |

Share your favorite dish at the Good Shepherd Potluck Lunch and Birthday Party! We'll meet in All Saints Hall immediately following the 11:00 AM liturgy. Sit with others who share your birthday month. We'll have good food, great company, and play a fun group game. Hope you can make it! And bring a friend!
